Wine is as old as civilisation. Almost every ancient culture and religion has rituals at the centre of which is wine. In this talk, we look at how the biblical writers used the metaphor of wine to speak about the promise of new creation, and how practicing communion is a powerful way of immersing ourselves into God’s story.
